Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our flagship location in NW Portland’s Slabtown neighborhood. The focus of this role is on achieving results that are aligned with the larger strategic goals of the organization. Initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions, is key to achieving the performance objectives of this position.The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick responses to environmental and organizational changes. Decision-making will be crucial in implementing practical, timely solutions that ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations and maintain high standards of service delivery.This role requires someone who can get things done quickly and handle a variety of activities with self-assurance and confidence, while constantly problem-solving and engaging the commitment of the operations team. A leadership style that is firm, goal-oriented, and yet motivates, trains, and engages others in an enthusiastic way is essential. The Site Operations Manager will lead by example with a full commitment to the success of the site and uphold high standards of achievement. The emphasis is on results and effective operational systems that achieve these results through collaboration and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Slabtown location, including scheduling, staffing, and facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and motivate the Concierge team to optimize schedule capacity, hit monthly revenue and membership goals.
  • Support any sales and sales initiatives.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness to create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff.Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise and support a team of wellness professionals, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management within a clinic, spa or hospitality setting.
  • Shows initiative, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills  
  • Demonstrates integrity and ability to act in a truthful manner, to present accurate and appropriate information and to exercise excellent judgment in regard to confidential information 
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with inventory management, scheduling software, and financial budgeting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with industry-specific software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Health/Wellness Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
