Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

What you will be doing: Help us enhance performance and operational decision-making throughout the company by ensuring our accounting and financials are timely and accurate.

Duties:

  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of our customers.
  • Ensure our bills are paid timely and accurately.
  • Process staff payroll.
  • Reconcile bank statements monthly.
  • Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts to maintain accuracy monthly

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Familiar with QuickBooks
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude
