Responsibilities- Perform data manipulation and analysis using Excel to support financial decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and assist with job costing to track project expenses.
- Collaborate with vendors for timely procurement and accurate bookkeeping.
- Execute administrative tasks efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance department.
- Work as a proactive team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to team objectives.
- Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of data analysis.
- Experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Recent Graduates welcome.
