Managers to oversee the sales and operations at our new boutique fitness studios.
The Studio Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the business. This position will be tasked with actively pursuing enrollments of new members, obtaining leads, giving studio tours, scheduling classes, establishing and maintaining community relationships, and managing the studio team. This position is a full-time position and will report directly to the Regional Manager of FitLab Studios.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieving monthly and quarterly targets in the following areas:
- New Membership sign-ups
- Retail sales
- Member retention
- Personal training sales
- Overall total revenue production
- Local marketing/lead generation
- Cleanliness and maintenance of the Studio and Studio equipment
- Foster community, inclusivity, and member growth by being a leader both inside and outside of the Studio
- Staff performance, management, and development
- Recruiting and training of new team members
- Management of staff schedules
- Provide 5-star level customer service
- Proficiency and ability to troubleshoot in-studio technology such as microphone maintenance, studio equipment, lights, and audio and visual
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures, safety protocols and procedures
- Other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Foster, support, and value diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace?
- Minimum of two years of fitness sales experience
- At least one year of fitness management experience
- A proven record of implementing sales strategies and achieving sales revenue results at a consistently high level all while demonstrating high levels of integrity
- Strong management skills
- Outgoing, energetic, positive personality with leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers, tablets, technology, and fitness software
- A background/social media background check is required for this position

- This is a physically demanding role. This role is required to safely demonstrate the ability to transport equipment (up to 100 lbs).

We offer a comprehensive and generous compensation package, which includes a competitive base salary, paid commissions, bonus potential, 85% paid health care premiums, 401K with a company match, and open PTO.
