As a member of the client-facing Digital Marketing Team, you will lead a portfolio of clients across the business, crafting dynamic, competitor-beating paid strategies that deliver ROI for our healthcare clients.  Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour primary focus areas in this role include:
  • Serve as a paid media subject matter expert, including paid social, paid search, streaming audio, online video, display for prospecting and retargeting campaigns, and programmatic media buying.
  • Partner with clients to develop holistic media strategies, leveraging a variety of digital media platforms and recommending channel and spend mix allocations.
  • Manage day-to-day set-up, execution, ongoing campaigns, and reports for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Drive accurate performance reporting through campaign tracking and tag setup.
  • Analyze campaign data, identify relevant trends, and recommend strategies to optimize client paid campaigns.
  • Effectively present campaign data, analytics, campaign performance and strategy to clients in a clear and relatable manner.
  • Manage landing pages by developing ad copy and creative, collaborating across teams, and performing A/B testing.
  • Ensure product competitiveness by staying on top of industry trends, new technologies and platforms; performing competitor analysis; and assisting with business development and sales presentations.
  • Share subject matter expertise with internal coworkers and external clients by mentoring, training, blogging, and speaking on digital solutions.
 Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of related experience in digital paid marketing required
 Professional Skills
  • Ability to understand the needs of and communicate effectively with, C-Suite level executives, client stakeholders, and client teams
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
  • Proficiency in digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, video, audio, programmatic platforms like Basis
  • Mastery of delighting clients with dynamic presentations and comfortability with public speaking
  • Experience in factoring return on investment
  • Familiarity with SEO, business listings, social media, email, and content marketing
  • Experience managing a portfolio of paid media accounts, including managing to a budget
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytic skills
  • Strategic marketing experience
