Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and communicate our brand vision and mission.
  • Monitor market trends, research customer markets, and competitors' activities.
  • Contribute to creative development to ensure adherence to brand standards, mission, and goals.
  • Improve the brand's reach to new customers and strengthen the brand's connection to existing customers.
  • Develop comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies and identify key channels to effectively reach and engage with target candidates.
  • Lead the social strategy for recruitment marketing on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Manage marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns, to effectively drive leads and overall conversions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
  • High energy individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
  • Self-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator.
  • Excellent grammar, writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Experience with social and email marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Data-driven thinking and decision-making.

This is a non-remote position.
