Responsibilities

Client Relations:

· Cultivate relationships with community stakeholders for client recruitment.

· Represent BES at community health fairs, managing event swag inventory.

· Oversee client communications, social media postings, and mass email communications.

· Demonstrate outstanding customer service, managing client appointment processes.

· Distribute, analyze, and report client surveys to BES leadership.

Recruitment:

· Develop and implement employee recruitment strategies, managing advertisements, and identifying recruiting events.

· Collaborate with clinical and department managers on staffing needs and job descriptions.

· Implement efficient recruiting methods based on industry standards and organizational needs.

· Manage job posting processes, screen applications, and refer qualified candidates.

· Track employee hiring and retention metrics; contribute to identifying the ideal BES employee profile.

· Stay informed about market trends; recommend salary ranges, incentives, and other pertinent details.

· Attend job fairs, recruiting sessions, and marketing meetings; contribute to process improvement suggestions.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Experience and understanding of behavioral health; ABA or behavioral health organization experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills.
  • Ability to run and analyze reports related to client and clinician utilization.

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Self-starter with great critical thinking skills.
  • Resourceful, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • High integrity, adaptability, and customer service orientation.
  • Teamwork-oriented with knowledge of FERPA and HIPAA laws.
  • Professional attire is required.
