Mybizconsultant helps FedEx Ground clients that service Orange County routes with a station located in Anaheim and one in Fullerton.

We are looking to add one key person (either part time or full time depending on individual) to the team to help with our Driver Recruiting and Driver Onboarding.

Job Duties Include:

1. Arrive 7am to station to do Line Summary. Meet with drivers, see if there's any uniform needs, documentation, time clock/payroll or other paperwork items to be taken care of. Help coach out any videos or other safety assignments that are due.

2. Once drivers dispatch around 8:30am - head to office to make recruiting calls.

3. Post ads on Indeed and follow up with driver candidates via phone call, logging each call in our data base.

4. Make quality recruiting calls to new candidates and log into database.

5. Invite qualifying candidates to do Driver background check, drug screen and physical.

6. Upload all documents to ensure driver profile is compliant.

7. Weekly meetings to address our Clients current needs and focus on certain markets.

8. Self starter that can IMPROVE our ways of recruiting and finding the best talent in the marketplace as well as process their paperwork.

9. Sending HR files like I9's W4's and onboarding to our payroll software.

We will train on the job but must have some familiarity with these processes or quick learning curve.

Qualifications:

1. Self starter - must have ambition and drive on your own. This position is not highly supervised and must be a reliable individual that has high personal standards.

2. Must be able to make quality & quantity calls with driver candidates to help guide them through the application process and determine the quality of the candidate.

3. Good attitude and quick learner - this position will continue to grow with our company. We want someone that has a growth mindset and wants to learn new things / take over more responsibilities to grow in pay and position.

4. Preferred HR/Recruiting Experience or something in management/leadership.
