Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Legal Strategy and Compliance:

    • Develop and implement legal strategies that support the organization's mission and objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may impact the organization and recommend proactive measures.

  2. Contract Management and Negotiation:

    • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
    • Manage contract lifecycle from inception through execution and renewal.
    • Provide guidance on contract interpretation and enforceability issues.

  3. Risk Management and Litigation:
