Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Revenue to spearhead our sales initiatives and strategic direction.

The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong financial acumen, exceptional managerial skills, and a history of cultivating a collaborative atmosphere across various departments to implement a cohesive and effective sales strategy.

This role will report directly to the President and will oversee the sales team, all revenue-generating channels, and will play a pivotal role in steering the company's growth trajectory through an unparalleled customer experience.


Salary:
$150k-$160k + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct the strategic formulation and execution of comprehensive sales plans that align with the organization's goals, ensuring these plans serve as actionable frameworks that drive growth and market dominance.

2. Lead and supervise Inside Sales, Customer Experience, Commercial Business Developers, and Door-to-Door teams, coordinating strategies and activities with Operations to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Provide leadership across various sales teams, offering consistent guidance, championing support, and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

4. Establish ambitious yet attainable sales targets, creating a performance-driven culture focused on exceeding these goals through strategic initiatives and relentless execution.

5. Define clear objectives and KPIs to evaluate the success of sales and marketing efforts.

6. Collaborate with marketing resources to bolster awareness, demand generation, and retention initiatives across all sales channels, including campaigns, organic social media, and local marketing.

7. Maintain a thorough understanding of sales and marketing analytics, utilizing complex data and market insights to adapt the sales funnel and make informed business decisions.

8. Continuously assess and refine sales processes, methodologies, and tools, actively seeking advancements in technology and automation to ensure the sales force operates at peak efficiency.

9. Strategically manage resources to support organizational goals and sales effectiveness, including real-time analysis of conversion funnel challenges for immediate resolution.

10. Foster productive collaborations, particularly with operations, to ensure sales strategies are fully integrated with company-wide initiatives, emphasizing a superior customer experience.

11. Produce and present comprehensive reports on sales operations and achievements to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.

12. Approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset to overcome sales funnel obstacles.


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategies that significantly exceed sales performance metrics.

• A data-driven decision-making approach, supported by strong business and financial acumen.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills; experience in inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.

• Demonstrated experience in transforming sales operations within a legacy framework, integrating innovative sales techniques, technologies, and methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Experience in developing sales scripts and understanding customer scenarios to effectively support their needs.

• Profound knowledge of sales mechanics, marketing strategies, and customer experience.

• Proficiency in utilizing advanced sales management software and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
