By leveraging our Path to Agility® approach (P2A), we help clients achieve their business goals using Agile practices. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Sales and Business Account Representative to join our team.

You are a highly motivated, data-driven, and energetic Sales and Business Account Representative (SBAR). You will work closely with our Marketing, Operations and Service teams to continually refine our sales process and develop strategic plans for expanding our client base.

Position Overview:

The SBAR is responsible for developing opportunities from zero to close, through the cycle from initial discovery to solution scoping and development, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, expansions and renewals. The SBAR will be primarily responsible for finding and closing new business opportunities while pairing with the CRO to establish sales targets. This individual will be responsible for outbound sourcing as well as managing inbound sales opportunities.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of outbound sales experience REQUIRED
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to act as the first impression of Agile Velocity & Path to Agility, providing a white glove experience to all potential clients
  • Proven ability to engage with decision makers and influencers across multiple departments and lines of business
  • Experience selling SaaS software and services to C-Suite executives ($50K to $300K+ annual subscription commitments)
  • Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies and knowledge of Agile personas
  • Develop sales meeting agendas, prepare presentations, and
  • Confidently deliver sales presentations and product demos via web conferencing tools
  • Ability to execute on full-sales cycle: green-field prospecting/incoming lead qualification/need development/closing/account expansion
  • Network at local/regional/national agile-based events and conferences
  • Experience using CRM system to track leads, manage pipeline, and forecast opportunities (Hubspot preferred)
  • Up to 10% Travel (Key Trade Shows and Enterprise Sales Meetings)
