JOB DESCRIPTION: Penn Wood Products, Inc. has an immediate opening for a dynamic and energetic Key Account Representative for our Cabinet Molding Sales Division. This individual is responsible for managing existing account relationships and driving new partnerships to increase sales and market share. They will leverage Penn Wood Products, Inc.'s products, programs, and service solutions to best support the needs of our customers and potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide timely response to customers' inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and payment terms.

• Coordinate between customers and production teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of orders.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop pricing and program details to meet the needs of customers and the goals of the Company.

• Manage pricing database and program details.

• Identify, research, and pursue new potential customer targets that meet the needs of the business.

• Work with internal teams to develop presentations and proposals for new customers.

• Develop and maintain ongoing training and communication to ensure customers and internal customer service representatives have the most up-to-date information to drive sales.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of customers, prioritize opportunities within the portfolio, and manage any channel conflict that arises.

• Establish and report relevant and actionable sales metrics to sales leadership, as well as, the customer.

• Forecast sales to ensure the company is informed of changes affecting product volumes.

• Attend national and regional trade shows to build brand awareness.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field.

• Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.

• Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with departments, cross-functional business teams, and customers.

• Excellent project management and budgeting skills with a deadline orientation and focus.

• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.

• Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management.

• Ability to travel.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 4 years of sales or business material industry experience.

• Ability to create, read and understand sales reports.

• Ability to read blueprints and layouts.

• Familiarity with the cabinet industry and products.
