Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Project Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is critical for driving sales growth and managing the successful execution of our rack manufacturing and installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, and project management, and a passion for technological innovation in the storage and real estate sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Prospecting:

  • Identify and target potential clients, including system integrators and build-to-suit real estate users.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate Stakkd Rack’s ASRS technology and real estate solutions to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for ASRS rack manufacturing and installation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards throughout the manufacturing and installation process.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience and success in sales preferably in the ASRS and/or Material Handling Industry
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex manufacturing and installation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and oversee projects.
