Beanstalk seeks a Manager to support a number of our top licensing programs with a background in Sports, Home Improvement and Hard Goods categories.  The Manager is responsible for supporting multiple brands in various global regions and managing licensees, requiring a strong leadership background, ability to prioritize and exceptional organizational skills.

  

 Responsibilities include:

  • Daily Licensee/Client management, including participation in calls and meetings
  • Ability to lead and add value during business reviews for licensees/manufacturers
  • Working closely with licensees to expand product, territory, and retail opportunities
  • Ongoing governance of licensees to ensure contractual requirements are being met
  • Tracking, monitoring and analysis of royalty reports
  • Internal quarterly budgeting and forecasting
  • Developing sales materials
  • Research product markets, industries, categories, and trends
  • Researching and pitching prospective new licensees
  • Negotiating commercial terms, finalizing legal contracts, and managing contract process flow
  • 25% travel for tradeshows and client meetings

 

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to–day tasks required to meet and exceed the client’s goals and objectives.  This involves working with high-level executives at Fortune 500 companies necessitating a professional demeanor, superior listening and relationship building skills. 

  

Beanstalk is seeking candidates with 3-5 years’ experience with emphasis on licensing, client management and brand building.  Background in licensing, client service, retail planning, brand strategy, sales, negotiation and/or consulting preferred.

 

Salary range: mid 60's - mid 70's + bonus - Actual salary is commensurate with experience and will vary based on numerous factors.
