Job Summary:
The Assistant Gym Director is a par-time position, responsible for the performance of The Little Gym location and especially leading world-class classes. The Assistant Gym director will report directly to the Gym Director and owners of the Little Gym of Dunwoody.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
  • Assist in managing and overseeing the training of staff
  • Maintain facility and equipment
  • Sell The Little Gym program to new customers
Qualifications:
  • A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Great attitude and strong work ethic
  • Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
Required for this job:
  • Ability to commit to working on Saturdays
  • Ability to commit to at least two regularly scheduled evening sessions (3:30 7)
  • Can-do attitude
  • Team player
  • Can pass a background check
Note - we are targeting a start date of Monday, 8/19 for this role.

There is opportunity for advancement both within the Little Gym of Dunwoody and across the metro Atlanta region as this ownership team owns multiple gym locations.
