The Project Executive is responsible for the overall management of a project, from inception to completion. This includes developing the project plan, managing the budget, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as experience in the K-12, COMMERCIAL, and ground up or renovation projects. They will also be highly organized, efficient, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the project plan and budget
  • Manage the project team and resources
  • Coordinate with stakeholders
  • Monitor the project progress and ensure that it is completed on time and within budget
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts
  • Communicate with stakeholders about the project status

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in project management of $25-100M
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Experience in the K-12, COMMERCIAL, and ground up industries
  • Excellent organization, efficiency, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
