Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office, providing crucial support to our employees. Your tasks will range from answering calls and scheduling appointments to drafting correspondence and contributing to company reports. The ideal candidate is not just highly organized and a great communicator but also someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
  • Contribute to company reports
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
  • Maintain staff scheduling daily
  • assist with payroll

Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required; Associates degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects and work in a high-demand environment
