We are Gulf Coast Property Management (GCPM) and we assist property owners and investors with the business of renting their rental homes. We bridge the gap between property owners, residents, and guests by providing professional marketing, leasing, and management services on their behalf. We are passionate about what we do and about expanding our customer base.
What We Need
We are currently recruiting for the position of Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our services and enhance our brand presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
As an integral part of the Business Development team, you will have a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. The right candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, tech savvy, organized, and have a great attitude. We are a small team, and we need great people who possess the drive to help us succeed and grow. What Does This Role Require To Be Successful?
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize online campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Oversee website management, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital space.
- Implement and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling and high-quality content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and video content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Social Media Management:
- Create and maintain a robust social media presence across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community growth.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to support marketing goals.
Email Marketing:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain clients, and promote services.
- Segment email lists based on user behavior and preferences to deliver targeted content.
- Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, ROI, and insights.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the property management or real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Expertise in managing email campaigns through mail services such as Mail Chimp or Constant contact.
- Understanding of real estate and property management industry trends and challenges.

- Networking Abilities: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, industry influencers, and other stakeholders is key to expanding business opportunities and driving growth. Strong networking skills can help business development executives to access new markets and opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for building relationships, presenting ideas, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Business development executives should be able to communicate clearly and persuasively in various formats, such as presentations, emails, and meetings.
- Analytical Skills: Analyzing data, tracking key performance indicators, measuring the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, and making data-driven decisions are critical for optimizing business development strategies and achieving business objectives.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Business development executives often encounter complex challenges and obstacles that require creative problem-solving skills. The ability to think critically, identify solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances is essential for overcoming obstacles and achieving business goals.
- Project Management: Managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities is a common aspect of business development roles. Strong project management skills help in planning, organizing, and executing initiatives effectively, ensuring that goals are met on time and within budget.
- Adaptability and Resilience: The business landscape is constantly evolving, so business development executives need to be adaptable and resilient in the face of change, uncertainty, and setbacks. Flexibility and the ability to learn from failures are important for continuous improvement and long-term success.
- Leadership Skills: In many cases, business development executives are required to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with colleagues from different departments, and influence others to achieve common goals. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members, are valuable for driving success in business development roles.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Five-day work week with travel throughout the week.
- A company vehicle will be provided for traveling between worksites and properties.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period.
- Reach overhead and below the waist, regularly push, pull, and lift to 25 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.

Compensation
Pay Range: $70,000.00
