THE POSITION:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will:

  • Support the development, production, and strategy for all multi-media marketing materials for the organization
  • Coordinate marketing and community events, overseeing logistics, managing registration, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
  • Develop and manage content, and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
  • Conduct market research and identify trends

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations)
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the marketing field

  • Must be able to work occasional after-hours and weekends, may require travel to multiple locations for projects
  • Incumbent must possess a valid driver’s license, appropriate insurance coverage and a privately owned reliable means of transportation to travel throughout GIM territory.
