The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to our International Recruiting and Relocation teams.
Staffing Services Division is seeking an energetic and detailed-orientated Recruiting Coordinator who can provide professional administrative services and support for intermediate level complexity involved with onboarding expatriate applicants for expat employment with Saudi Aramco.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide moderately complex administrative and clerical assistance to the Staffing Services Department.
- Schedule phone, video-conference and final round interviews; working directly with applicant, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Leverage recruiting and HR systems (SuccessFactors) to update applicant records. Must be able to update applicant tracking database.,
- Prepare expatriate offer package for recruiter and team lead reviewal and extend to expat candidate.
- Prepare professional email correspondences and exchange emails with applicants, internal and external business partners.
- Responsible for working with company Travel Department for applicant travel.
- Prepare candidate expense reports.
- Collaborate with International Relocation unit to pre-onboard expat candidate and ensure smooth transition from recruitment to relocation.Assist Recruiters for in-person workshops by sorting, collecting, and assembling information packets. Review for accuracy, and make corrections as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to confidentially secure candidate personal information
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized courses or Associates Degree in a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other closely related degree strongly preferred.
- 0-3 years of professional, administrative experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources preferred.
- Basic understanding of the employee lifecycle. Knowledge of departmental function, terminology, interrelationships, and systems used.
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on customer focus.
- Ability to communicate with all levels.
- Ability to multitask, work with a sense of urgency, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience managing calendars using Outlook or other similar tools.
- Experience with high-volume scheduling.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as SuccessFactors, preferred.
- Must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly, and concisely in English.
