We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care to our clients.

About the Role:
As a Business Development Lead at Ovation Home Care, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships with referral sources, such as case managers, discharge facilitators, social workers, other healthcare professionals, and community organizations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to grow our business and drive revenue. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our agency and, most importantly, the well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and Target Referral Sources: Research and identify potential referral sources, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and physicians' offices, and establish relationships with key personnel.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and potential referral sources by conducting regular visits, presentations, and networking events.
  3. Educate Referral Sources: Provide education and information about the services offered by Ovation Home Care, emphasizing how our care solutions can help address their organizational goals and their patients' desire to age in place..
  4. Develop Marketing Materials: Collaborate with ownership to create compelling marketing materials, brochures, and presentations that effectively communicate the agency's services and capabilities.
  5. Track and Analyze Data: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral source performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Generate and Qualify Leads: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media, and qualify them to ensure alignment with the agency's client criteria.
  7. Collaborate with the Care Team: Work closely with the care team to ensure smooth transitions for new clients and provide ongoing support to maintain client satisfaction.
  8. Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of all interactions with referral sources, leads, and clients using our CRM system.
  9. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals as set by the agency.

You may be our ideal candidate if you have these qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Experience within the healthcare or home care industry (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs software.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
