What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Aggressively self-prospect and identify potential enterprise clients using tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and in-person networking. Develop and manage a steady flow of sales-ready leads and opportunities through disciplined CRM management.
  • Client Interaction and Relationship Building: Engage with high-level executives through phone calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions. Build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers, utilizing a consultative approach to understand their needs and showcase Tonic3's value proposition.
  • Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management: Initiate and drive strategic conversations with enterprise clients, aligning their needs with Tonic3’s cutting-edge solutions. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring the CRM reflects an accurate and up-to-date pipeline.
  • Onboarding and Client Success: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, setting the stage for long-term success. Address client feedback and needs proactively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Community Engagement and Continuous Learning: Represent Tonic3 at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility and establish new connections. Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Goals of the Role:

  • Achieve Revenue Goals - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by effectively tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Build and Maintain an Active Pipeline - Develop a rolling pipeline of 10-12 enterprise clients and/or fully funded startups, with regular reviews to ensure it is strong enough to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Weekly Engagement Targets - Send 30 personalized outreach emails, conduct 12 follow-ups, and secure at least 3 new meetings each week to maintain sales momentum.
  • Monthly Networking and Prospecting Goals - Attend at least two industry-specific events or participate in online networking sessions monthly to expand your network and discover new business opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Sales Professional: With 5+ years as an Account Executive or similar self-starting role, you have a proven track record in enterprise/partner sales, particularly in self-prospecting, pipeline management, and closing large deals.
  • Driven: You hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience, combined with a strong passion for sales and technology.
  • Innovative with Strong Business Insight: Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to embrace innovation and apply keen business insights to fuel growth.
  • Skilled Communicator and Resilient: Excellent communication skills and resilience are your strengths, allowing you to overcome challenges and maintain focus under pressure.
  • Eager Learner and Technology Enthusiast: You are adaptable, always seeking growth opportunities, and have a strong interest in the latest technological trends.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience selling professional services or tech solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Gong.
  • Experience in prospecting within the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
