About the role:

This is a key role in executing world-class IT systems and processes for a fast-growing technology company. This position will manage the day-to-day systems administration of our server, network, and M365 infrastructure and various related computer systems. This position reports to the Infrastructure Manager.

About You:

You are an individual that thrives in a collaborative working environment that will challenge your skills as an IT technology expert. You possess strong network and systems administration technical knowledge and have the exceptional ability to assist your customers in a fast-moving, growth environment.

What you will do:

  • Implementation and maintenance of all core technology such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure cloud applications, storage, virtualization, server hardware/software, disaster recovery, data centers, collaboration systems, security, and networking with a focus on optimal performance and scalability.

  • Design, maintain and decommission a complex network topology using routing schemes, firewalls, VLANs and VPNs.

  • Ensure zero-trust cybersecurity standards through best practices, regular updates, and proactive threat assessment.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs for ongoing projects.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in a timely manner.

  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for internal use.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.

  • Strong experience with Azure/Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in system automation, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) are a plus.
