We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support, ensuring a safe, healthy, efficient, and effective work environment. This role encompasses general support tasks, reception duties, logistics coordination, and creating presentations. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment and will be experienced with the tools and protocols essential to maintaining a well-functioning office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Support: Organize files, manage calls, arrange meetings, handle mail, and prepare documents. You’ll also help keep office supplies stocked and update team charts.
  • Reception: Answer questions, direct calls, and serve as the go-to contact for our department, handling sensitive information with care.
  • Logistics: Coordinate meetings, events, and travel, including booking venues, arranging room setups, catering, and travel accommodations.
  • Presentations and Reports: Create clear, high-quality presentations and reports using provided information and tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of relevant administrative or support experience.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in presentation software and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
