Compensation:$25+ hourly Depending on Experience
Responsibilities:- Contacting clients to obtain treatment updates and other information
- Gathering medical documents and verifying medical balances
- Assembling medical bills for demand package
- Managing client files, including scanning necessary records, bills, and other related paperwork
- Formulating legal documents/demand letters
- Working closely with Attorney
- Working closely with Legal Assistant
- Working closely with Settlement/ Disbursals
- Possess a high school diploma
- Have Paralegal certification or a relevant 2-year degree
- Proficiency in computer programs, such as spreadsheets, word processing, and case management software
- Outstanding organizational skills and excellent communication ability (both verbal and written)
- Demonstrate the capability to multitask and to work independently
- Provide 3-5 years of knowledge in case management
- Possess a background in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Experienced in Personal Injury Law in the state of Georgia
- Tech-savvy
