Position Description
Job Summary: The Department of Economic Security is seeking ServiceDesk Analysts with an emphasis on Mobile Device Support and provide front line technical assistance to staff with device resets, app configurations, and security compliance adherence. This is a full time teleworking position, with a 1-2 week training period in downtown Phoenix.
Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance to staff with core technical issues, provide password and login assistance, manually reset mobile devices, implement app download restrictions on state provided mobile devices. Provide excellent customer service and support to staff. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve department goals Track and report progress, issues and challenges Continuously implement refined processes for efficient implementation of project objectives.
Skills required
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot mobile device issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Work Experience required
  • Familiar with; Google applications; Gmail, Calendar, Drive Apple iPhones iOS 16, iOS17
  • Working with ticketing system like ServiceDesk, Service-Now or Cherwell.
  • Previous Call Center experience as well as familiarity with Microsoft InTune is preferred, but not required.
Education/Training required
Minimum Education Level: HS
