JOB SUMMARY: This role will provide administrative functions supporting the Human Resources department, acting as a liaison between visitors and the Human Resources department and will be responsible for overseeing the Uniform department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Answers and screens incoming calls.
  • Greets and directs visitors.
  • Will assist in data entry of new hires and corrective actions, sort incoming mail, filing and assisting with team member questions and engagement activities
  • Assist with the licensing process for all non-gaming, gaming and G2 personnel.
  • Administrative and clerical duties to include uniform inventory, ordering, organizing and distribution to employees.
  • If applicable, coordinate the cleaning and repair of each garment upon its return and prior to redistribution.

EXPERIENCE

Three years of administration experience, preferably in Human Resources. Must have prior Microsoft Office experience, be self-motivated, possess strong organization skills, possess time-management skills, multi-task effectively and the ability to interact with all levels of employees while maintaining confidentiality of information.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High School degree or equivalent. Some college preferred, but not required.

LANGUAGE ABILITY

Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.

MATH ABILITY

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Typing and computer experience required. Microsoft Office experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES

Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing and certifications.
