Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our team at TYS DAYCARE PRE K CENTER. As our HR Assistant, you will be responsible for recording employee data, managing job board listings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new staff. You will also assist in implementing wellness programs, answering HR-related questions, and maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Record and maintain accurate employee data, including addresses, earnings, and performance appraisals.
- Support recruiting efforts, including job board posting, scheduling interviews, and conducting basic onboarding for new employees.
- Assist HR staff with documentation, processing paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
- Implement and engage staff in wellness programs to promote a healthy lifestyle.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering HR-related questions and managing staff inquiries.
- Perform regular audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with computer systems, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with human resources protocols and procedures.
