The Role:

As a Manufacturing Team Member, you will be an integral part of the production process, contributing to the crafting of our high-quality bows. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for quality. You'll be working in a supportive, collaborative environment where your ideas and dedication are valued.


What A Day In The Life Looks Like:


Production and Quality:

  • Collaborate with the production team to build high-quality bows
  • Work independently and in teams on molding, lab work, and finishing
  • Adhere to work standards, maintain documentation, and ensure detailed work is done efficiently
  • Report any issues with products, materials, or processes to the Production Supervisor
  • Support data collection efforts and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Daily Engagement:

  • Attend and participate in daily huddles and company communication meetings
  • Focus on continuous improvement by identifying and sharing wins and opportunities

Workplace Organization:

  • Maintain workstation organization, ensuring all tools and materials are in their proper place and in working order
  • Follow lean manufacturing principles and execute housekeeping tasks on a regular basis

Safety Commitment:

  • Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and participate in safety meetings and trainings.

This position is full-time and will allow flexibility to create a schedule that works for you during our business hours of 6:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.


After successful completion of training, the schedule may move to 9-hour shifts Monday to Thursday with a 4-hour shift on Friday.

  • Previous production experience is a plus
