We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our Human Resources team in Bethlehem, GA. This role is vital to ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for employees, visitors, and job applicants.

Job Summary:

As the Receptionist for our HR office, you will be the first point of contact for all who enter our facility. You will manage front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and support HR staff in daily functions. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist employees, visitors, and job applicants with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate HR staff or departments.
  • Register and issue employee timekeeping cards, paperwork, and gather information as needed.
  • Register and issue visitor passes, ensuring compliance with company security and safety policies.
  • Assist HR staff with clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for HR personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide basic information and forms to employees regarding HR processes.
  • Assist job applicants with the application process and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Maintain accurate logs of visitor and applicant interactions.
  • Assist employees with HR tech functions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred, especially in an HR or industrial setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
