Primary Responsibilities:- Welcome and assist employees, visitors, and candidates with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Handle and redirect phone inquiries to the appropriate HR staff or departments.
- Process and issue employee timekeeping documentation and gather necessary information.
- Issue visitor passes while ensuring adherence to company security protocols.
- Support HR staff with clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for HR team members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
- Provide basic information and forms related to HR processes to employees.
- Assist candidates with the application process and organize interview schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor and applicant interactions.
- Support employees with HR technology functions as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative capacity is preferred, particularly in an HR or industrial context.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills are important.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
