JOB OVERVIEW:

Craft Sportswear North America is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Director of Business Development with a focus on Teamwear. This pivotal role will drive the growth and expansion of our teamwear division, leveraging Craft's legacy of high-performance sportswear to cater to sports teams and organizations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the teamwear market, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in business development and sales leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and growth opportunities within the teamwear space.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, including team dealers, sports teams, clubs, schools, and organizations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive market penetration and expansion strategies to increase Craft's presence in the teamwear market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop and launch new teamwear product lines and solutions based on market demand and customer feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to forecast sales, set targets, and measure the effectiveness of business development strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business performance to executive management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a significant focus on teamwear or sports apparel.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the teamwear market, including key players, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

We offer full remote positions in Customer Service, Information Technology and Administrative roles.
