Our IT Department is looking to hire an Encompass Administrator.
ALL REMOTE POSITIONS REQUIRE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF NO LESS THAN 50 MBPS.
Job Title: Encompass Administrator
Reports To: Director of Encompass Systems
FLSA Status: Exempt
Department: Information Technology
Division: Retail/TPO
Salary Range: $120K to $140K
Summary: Responsible for setup and on-going administrative duties within the Encompass LOS.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Development and deployment of new or revised applications, systems software, and/or enhancements to existing applications
- Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications
- Required to identify, diagnose and resolve technical issues for the applications in-place and respond in a timely manner
- Maintain proper documentation for developed software environment for supportability
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in the testing of new software programs and applications
- Create technical release notes and deployment guides to move completed code into production by the production support team
- Develop and install enhancements and upgrades to systems and application software as assigned
- Work with network administrators and software support engineers to assist with deployment and production issue
- Maintain Testing, Staging and Production environments of Encompass
- Regularly prepare updates on projects in process to keep management informed
- Continuous process improvement: must look for ways to gain efficiencies through automation and process restructuring
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
