Revolution Industrial is looking for experienced Electrical Field Superintendents to join our team.  To be consider for this position you must have 3 years of experience as an Electrical General Foreman/Superintendent/Project Manager with Commercial or Industrial Experience. The Superintendent/Project Manager is responsible for monitoring installations and ensuring work is performed according to company standards and the project specifications. It will ensure that crews are used efficiently and properly and will work with the general contractor in managing the project. In addition, the position will be responsible for productivity, safety, quality control, labor costs, scheduling, movement of manpower, procurement of materials, and any other activity that would impact the successful completion of the project.


Our main shop is located at 5858 W Riggs Road, Chandler, AZ 85226. This position is in the field, working at the Intel job site located at 4500 S Dobson Rd, Chandler, AZ. 


Work Schedule: 60x60x50


We are looking for experienced Electrical Field Superintendents to join our team. The Superintendent is responsible for monitoring installations and ensuring work is performed according to company standards and the project specifications. It will ensure that crews are used efficiently and properly and will work with the general contractor in managing the project. In addition, the position will be responsible for productivity, safety, quality control, labor costs, scheduling, movement of manpower, procurement of materials, and any other activity that would impact the successful completion of the project.


Work Experience We Are Looking For:


  • Installing conduit, setting up for a wire pull, installing hardware such as PLC, Panels, Lighting and Unistrut.
  • Planning work ahead of the crew, this would include material ordering, layout using drawings/prints, coordinating with of crafts
  • Leading crews, mentoring, or coaching crew members
  • Trained in manlifts, fall protection
  • Fluke, DVM, Meggers and tic tracers. 
  • 3 years experience in a similar managerial role


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for monitoring all progress on projects in the field.
  • Emphasizes, Monitor, and Address Safety Hazards or potential problems with site management.
  • Understands and complies with Company/Job Safety Requirements. (O.S.H.A.)
  • Assists Project Managers with Project Schedule, Development, and Maintenance.
  • Understands budgeted values for labor, man power, equipment and consumables.
  • Responsible for ensuring efficient crew sizing and makeup is always present and adjusting when necessary.
  • Accurately oversee time reporting and proper coding of timesheets.
  • Schedule timely inspections to meet assigned project deadlines.
  • Attend daily and weekly project meetings and promptly reports field issues to Management.
  • Ensures Foremen are promptly and accurately completing all necessary reports and documentation for their crews (timesheets, daily reports, safety/quality forms, and employee evals etc....
  • Visit job sites to walk through projects reviewing and inspecting installation methods and quality of work performed.
  • Monitor codes and specifications, installation methods. Maintain thorough knowledge of the systems and equipment being installed.
  • Positively identify colors of wires.
  • Comprehends reading and drawing prints and schematics of same.
  • Must use all power tools, saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, and knockout punches.
  • Bend conduit by hand with hand benders.
  • Must be capable of digging trenches, either by use of hand tools or equipment.
  • Able to use 2 handed tools/equipment. (i.e. cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, jackhammers, etc.)

Requirement:


3 years of experience managing Multi-Million Dollar Commercial and Industrial Construction Projects.

Advanced Knowledge of all aspects of Construction Management and Industry Practices.

Advanced Knowledge of NEC Electrical Codes

Advanced in Reading and Interpreting Plans and Specifications


OSHA 10/30 - (Preferred)

Electrical License - (Preferred)

Must be able to pass a 10 Panel Drug Test

Must be able to pass a Background Check (No Felonies in the last 7 years - No Misdemeanors in the last 5 years)
