Job Summary

As a Field Service Representative - Power Distribution with Faith Technologies, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and testing customer equipment, as well as providing technical support and training to customers and other service representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the coordination and execution of small projects on customer sites, including end-of-life, modernization, and upgrade projects.
  • Provide support to Level 2 and Level 3 FSRs in the removal of electrical equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints and other service documents, including specifications, reporting, and quality requirements.
  • Perform basic audits of customer electrical systems and equipment.
  • Document all required information for each site, including technical reports.
  • Communicate with Project Coordinators to ensure smooth execution.
  • Properly document, label, and return defective parts to the designated disposal/repair location.
Requirements
  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship (8,000 hours) or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Military experience as a Navy Nuclear Electronic Technician or Electrician's Mate.
  • Experience in electrical start-up and testing, including circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs, and capacitor banks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language.
Work Environment

This position requires 50% travel and works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
