Job Summary

DKD Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical projects in the Chandler, Arizona area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and managing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Direct and manage electrical projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor electrical foremen, journeymen, and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all electrical work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, making informed decisions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, with a degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical project management, with 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Journeyman or Master's License, valid driver's license, and any other relevant certifications.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a variety of environments, including construction sites, offices, and other locations, with the ability to lift up to 51 pounds and perform other physical tasks as required.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work a standard 8-hour day, with occasional overtime as required.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites, as required.
