Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the organization's analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Manage and mentor the analytics team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving professional development.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics methodologies, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven strategies.
- Oversee the design and execution of complex data analysis projects, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of insights.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge analytics tools and technologies, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to track organizational performance and guide decision-making.
- Manage analytics-related budgets and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing analytics teams.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
- Extensive experience in data visualization, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and strategic data interpretation.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to influence and drive organizational change.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Experience with data management, data warehousing, and data governance best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
