What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Business Development Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a base of accounts. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, helping to drive positive business outcomes using ACI Learning’s enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for expanding sales across your account base, leveraging ACI's catalog of products and services to maximize sales.
As a highly motivated individual contributor who is skilled at identifying strategic business drivers within partner organizations and articulating learning solutions to address, you will thrive in a team-based selling environment and be an advocate for the value of lifelong learning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a world class onboarding and implementation process for new customers.
- Drive adoption and regular usage throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop customer relationships that allow you to become a trusted advisor and sell our products and services throughout the organization
- Maintain high levels of satisfaction and value realization across your customer base, leading to high levels of customer retention.
- Be expert in and represent the full range of ACI Learning's Enterprise solutions.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure successful onboarding of new customers and develop growth sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to sales leadership.
- Be an ambassador for ACI Learning's culture and values.
- Seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Self-motivated with an ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer orientated activity in the CRM.
- Some travel is required (to be determined based business and customer needs).
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate relevant experience
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience presenting to C Suite
- Proficient in presenting technical products and services
- Curious to learn
- Experience in solution selling
Nice To Haves:
- An understanding of continuous professional development.
- Experience in consistently meeting and exceeding revenue and booking goals.
- Knowledge of and the application of sales methodologies, processes and techniques.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, a track record of developing and sustaining strong client relationships.
- A strong communicator, spoken and written; presentation skills, negotiating skills, consensus builder.
- Knowledge of subscription/SaaS business models.
