With a new CFO on board, boasting over 30 years of experience in finance—20 of which are dedicated to healthcare finance—the organization is seeking a collaborative leader who can unify the finance team and enhance communication and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic advisement and support, overseeing the financial operations of the organization. This includes:

  • Establishing and maintaining robust fiscal controls.
  • Preparing and interpreting comprehensive financial reports.
  • Safeguarding the organization’s assets.
  • Ensuring efficient and accurate revenue cycle processes.
  • Overseeing managed care contracting.
  • Optimizing finance-related information technology.
  • Developing and enforcing accounting policies and controls.
  • Building and maintaining strong corporate relations with third-party payers and the investment community.
  • Assisting in long-range financial planning and advising on financial matters.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and a Master's degree are strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of financial management experience within a hospital environment.
  • At least 10 years of overall experience in healthcare finance.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a senior-level finance role within a healthcare organization.
  • Five years of demonstrated experience in finance control, along with a solid understanding of revenue cycle operations in a healthcare setting.
