Customer Technical Service Chemist sought by Italmatch SC, LLC for a position based in Bedford Park, IL.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, biology, chemical engineering (or related), and 12 months experience as quality control chemist (or related).

Duties include:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers through project-based work and experimentation.
  • Identify and implement new product concepts to produce new proprietary blends using products.
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments to test those hypotheses, conduct experiments and observe the results of the experimentation.
  • Must have experience in the lubricant and grease industry.
  • Travel to client sites is required less than 5% of the time to various unanticipated locations within the U.S.
