Then this is the position for you The Receptionist is responsible for the day to day operations and the overall administrative success of our location. The Receptionist will work side by side with both the clinical staff  and the office staff. The Receptionist will maintain a good reputation with all contacts (this includes, but not limited to, clinical staff, clients, potential clients, colleagues, local agencies, networking relationships, etc.). The Receptionist will be responsible for conducting local marketing of services and building relationships for recruiting more clinical staff and more clients on an as needed basis. The Receptionist will also take on an administrative role to support the clinical staff so they can better serve our clients.  


This is a full time IN PERSON position.  Days/times Needed:  Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Reception & Administration:
    • Maintains great communication, responds to emails within 2 business days and returns voicemails within 1 business day
    • Listens to understand and speaks to communicate. Asks questions to make sure full communication has occurred
    • Maintains an organized, clean, and efficiently run branch so clinical staff are supported and have what they need in a timely manner. 
    • Ensures weekly schedules are finalized and communicated to staff by Wednesday of each week.
    • Assists with intake processes, document management, and general office tasks.
    • Manages relationships with external agencies, stakeholders, and families.
    • Attends required meetings and training sessions.
    • Supports team members to improve utilization rate on a monthly basis.
    • Supports team members to shorten time from initial inquiry to date services start.
  • Clinical Support:
    • Act as a backup for ABA clinical sessions, implementing treatment plans as instructed by the BCBA or RBT Supervisor.
    • Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
    • Ensure timely and accurate session documentation and data collection.
    • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.

Job Qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year professional work experience
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality
  • Clean background check and positive references


Pay Range:

$19.50/hour until you are a certified RBT, then $20.50/hour.
