Administrative Coordinator and Behavioral Support Specialist

Role Summary: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism or developmental disabilities? This dual role combines administrative responsibilities with clinical support, ensuring a seamless operation at our facility. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both clinical and administrative teams, fostering a positive environment for clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain effective communication by responding to inquiries promptly and managing correspondence efficiently.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to supporting clinical staff.
- Oversee scheduling and ensure that weekly plans are communicated effectively to the team.
- Assist with client intake processes and manage documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and families.
- Participate in necessary meetings and training sessions to enhance team collaboration.
- Clinical Support:
- Provide backup support for ABA sessions, executing treatment plans as directed by supervisors.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and their families to promote a supportive atmosphere.
- Accurately document sessions and collect relevant data in a timely manner.
- Engage in ongoing training and team meetings to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in a related field.
- Ability to uphold client confidentiality and maintain a clean background check.
- Positive references from previous employers.
Compensation: $19.50/hour until certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), then $20.50/hour.
