Position Overview

The role of Account Specialist, B2B will include supporting daily and weekly customer service activities for existing and future business in North America. The successful candidate will require an understanding of handling manufacturer product warranties and return material authorizations (RMAs) in B2B and B2C environments. The individual must be able to identify clients’ needs, generate solutions and respond to customer requests in a timely manner. This requires the individual to have adequate time management skills and good writing and communications skills. The role is a fast-paced, team-oriented, international business. 

Primary Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be comfortable working within a North American regional organization with support from LG Energy Solution’s Korea-based associates.  Primary responsibilities of the Account Specialist, B2B are:

  • Ensure customer service KPIs are met

  • Monitor and review the RMA progress from customer’s report

  • Be a brand advocate by participating in product trainings

  • Be an avid troubleshooter to resolve customer issue

  • Provide the highest verbal and written phone support for B2B customers.

  • Collaborate with colleagues on processes improvement

  • Monitor and review data analysis

  • Analyze trends and reporting for process improvement planning working with cross functional teams in HQ

  • Designated point of contact for one or more B2B customers
