Job Summary:

Ring-O-Matic, a leading manufacturer of vacuum excavators, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager. The National Accounts Manager at Ring-O-Matic will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, client management, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and the ability to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of national clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and expanding the customer base through new national account acquisitions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with the company’s business objectives, focusing on long-term relationship building and profitability.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with national accounts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet both customer and company objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to national accounts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports on account activities, and provide insights to senior management on sales trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by national accounts, working with internal teams to provide effective and timely solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and keep Ring-O-Matic at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial equipment industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proven track record of managing large national accounts and driving sales growth.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel nationally as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
