Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers, and using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Use a customer-focused approach to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- People-oriented and detail-oriented.
- Proactive in problem-solving and able to learn computer functions.
