We're looking for someone friendly, detail-oriented, organized, and who exhibits phenomenal customer service.Duties:Including but not limited to:Supports daily operations including sales transactions, fulfilling orders, placing orders to restock inventory, inventory management, weekly balancing and accounting reports, setting attractive displays, and creating flyers and promotional pieces to generate sales. Coordinate logistical elements of events regarding events and visits. Execute and partner with store team members to efficiently and professionally complete sales transactions, support inventory processes, and foster a pleasant retail environment. Fulfill customer orders, in-store and online, with detailed accuracy, followed by invoicing and shipping. Run weekly reconciliation reports. Proactively respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Plan for and support retail store presence during key on and off-site events. Provide cross-functional support for coordinator staff roles as neededQualifications: High School diploma required with six months of customer service experience and/or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Previous retail experience is preferred. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service skills. Ability to provide informative and professional assistance.
