To excel in this role, you'll need a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a demonstrable track record in sales and engineering management.

All that you need is:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Experience managing and working with manufacturers' reps
  • Experience presenting business and technical information to customers
  • Experience in engineering or utilities

Previous work in structural steel and/or the electric utility industry is a plus
