Were seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist our Marketing Director in executing a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role demands a high level of organization, a proactive approach, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

What Youll Give (Responsibilities):

  1. Organizational Excellence: You must thrive in a structured environment, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring all marketing projects are on track without excuses. If you arent great at meticulous organization, this role isnt for you.
  2. Project Management: Youll be expected to execute various marketing projects, including large-scale events. Theres no room for missed deadlines or incomplete tasks. If youre not ready to own every detail and deliver exceptional results, this isnt your role.
  3. Event Coordination: Coordinating events like the Parks Legado Farmers Market is a core responsibility. This requires working weekends and handling logistics seamlessly. If working outside of regular hours on occasion is an issue, this role isnt for you.
  4. Collaboration: Youll work closely with other team members to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with our business goals. If youre not a team player whos willing to collaborate and contribute, this isnt the right fit for you.
