Your Role:

As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you will oversee various residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards. Your role will involve coordinating with project teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with clients to ensure their vision is realized. This position requires a blend of technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, promoting effective communication and professionalism.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with plans.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and any significant developments.

What We Expect:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing residential construction projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively guide and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively address issues.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for project management.
