Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of public improvement construction projects to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
  • Verify that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the inspection process.
  • Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports to management and other relevant parties.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in codes, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure that our construction projects remain compliant and of the highest quality.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. construction management, civil engineering) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
